Covid-19 cases drop to 4,611 today

KUALA LUMPUR – 4,611 Covid-19 cases were recorded today, compared to 5,293 new cases yesterday.

Director-General of Health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that the Covid-19 infection in Selangor is still the highest in the country with 1,346 cases.

“As at 21 June 2021, the number of Covid-19 cases reported is 4,611 cases (701,019 cases) and Selangor 1,346 cases, Sarawak 682, Perak 453, Negeri Sembilan 437, Kuala Lumpur 310 and Johor 314.

“Meanwhile, Melaka 205, Kelantan 219, Sabah 166, Kedah 182, Labuan 130, Penang 84, Pahang 50, Terengganu 18 and Putrajaya 15 cases,” he Twitted today.

Perlis however did not record any new Covid-19 cases as at 12.00 pm today. -MalaysiaGazette
