PM calls for Parliament sitting before 1 Aug

KUALA LUMPUR – Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, as the Head of Parliament Council has decided to call for the Parliament sitting as soon as possible before 1 August 2021.

The matter will be finalised during the Cabinet Ministers Meeting next week on 7 July.

“The Federal Government will always honour the opinion of KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong in administering the country, including matters pertaining the Parliament sitting.

“Therefore, YAB Prime Minister as the Head of Parliament Council has decided to call for the Malaysia Parliament sitting as soon as possible before 1 August 2021,” said he Minister at Prime Minister’s Department (Parliament and Law), Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan in a statement today. –MalaysiaGazette
