KUALA LUMPUR – Minister of Federal Territories, Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim shared his telephone number for the residents in Kuala Lumpur to lodge complaints on bad roads.
He also shared the phone number of his Deputy, Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias and the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Mahadi Che Ngah.
The Member of Parliament (MP) of Arau gave his guaranty to resolve complaints about potholes in Kuala Lumpur within 24 hours.
According to Shahidan, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has monitored the road conditions near development projects and main focal areas.
“I have discussed with DBKL and instructed them take immediate actions within 24 hours on complaints and information about bad roads.
“You may contact the Minister (019-4545111); Deputy Minister (019-6524444) or the Mayor (016-2068883).
“We are on standby 24 hours. All Malaysians may contact us. If just come to Kuala Lumpur, see a pothole, posing danger to the public, contact us and we will take actions within 24 hours,” he said during the rounding up of the Twelfth Malaysia Plan (RMK12) debate at the Dewan Rakyat. -MalaysiaGazette
