Police ready to investigate corruption case revealed in Telegram

PUTRAJAYA – The Home Ministry (KDN) gave its guarantee that it will give its cooperation to anyone who lodges police report on the corruption allegation as exposed through the Telegram mobile application.

Its Minister, Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said that he has not heard about the revelation made by Edisi Siasat Telegram use.

“I just heard about this. I didn’t know about this earlier. However, if there is any offences, as long as there is a police report, there will be investigation. We will give our cooperation.

“At the moment, I don’t know,” he said during a news conference after attending a meeting with the Minister of Human Resources on the management of foreign workers today.

He was asked to verify on the authenticity of the allegations made through the Telegram. -MalaysiaGazette
