SHAH ALAM – The police had found the teenage girl who was reported to be missing since 31 May at a condominium in Padang Jawa early this morning.
The Shah Alam District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Baharudin Mat Taib said, the tracking operation launched by him had successfully brought to the discovery of the teenager at around 4.00 am this morning.
“The 15-year-old teenager is fine. She was living with her boyfriend. The teenager was found in a condominium believed to be rented by that boyfriend,” he told the journalists today.
Yesterday, the police verified that a teenage girl has gone missing from Section 7, Shah Alam today.
According to Baharudin, Mohd Rushdan Mohamad Yusof lodged a police report a day after his daughter went missing.
The police also arrested the 19-year-old boyfriend early this morning and he will be remanded.
On a relevant development, the father of the teenager also lodged a police report that his daughter was raped at the Shah Alam IPD yesterday.
The case is investigated under Section 376 of the Penal Code for raping an underage girl. – MalaysiaGazette
