KUALA LUMPUR – After four main political party leaders had an audience with Yang di-Pertuan Agong (YDPA) yesterday, today, several other political figures were also granted an audience with Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.

The Chairman of Pejuang, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was among the political party leaders who arrived at Istana Negara today, to have an audience with the King.

Dr Mahathir who rode a grey Proton X70 was seated at the back passenger’s seat when he arrived at Gate 2 of Istana Negara at around 1.58 pm.

Eariler, the Deputy President of PAS Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man was spotted at Istana Negara at around 10.22 am. He is believed to be representing the President of PAS, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, who is currently being treated at the National Heart Institute (IJN).

After the meeting, the President of MCA, Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong was also seen to arrive at Gate 2 of Istana Negara at around 11.58 am. He was spotted to leave the palace in a black Toyota Vellfire at 12.52pm.

Nevertheless, the Minister of Transport did not stop his car for the media and continued his journey. –MalaysiaGazette
