Judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali who heard the misappropriation trial involving SRC International Sdn Bhd (SRC International) trial allegedly has conflict of interest as he was the Company Secretary and General Counsel to Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank). He was also the Head of Corporate and Legal Services for the bank
